Each year, St. Mary C.S.S. and The Elmvale Minor Hockey Association host a Brian English Memorial Hockey Tournament in honour of their former teacher, friend and student Brian English.
Information on this year's Elmvale tournament can be found here.The St. Mary tournament first ran in 2005 as the only Durham tournament for Jr. Boys high school hockey. Now in its eighth year, the tournament is one of the most competitive in the Durham region.
This year's St. Mary Brian English Memorial tournament will be held at Don Beer Arena on March 6th and 7th. Email shaynemacdonald@hotmail.com for more information on the tournament.
